MS-SQL Engineer- 140'000CHF (80% Home Office)

Stone Sourcing AG are delighted to present this MS-SQL Database Engineer/Database Admin role.

This opportunity is with a very famous Swiss institution of 50,000+ employees.

If you are an MS-SQL expert, and have strong scripting experience with PowerShell, please read on.

Tasks

• Alongside your team, you are responsible for the company's entire databases and you will guarantee that these are available securely and efficiently
• The database team you join is responsible for the engineering and operation of integral MS-SQL, Oracle and open-source databases both on-prem and in the cloud.
• The team also support internal and external customers in projects, in the construction and further development of database solutions and technologies, as well as in the integration of application releases in close cooperation with internal and external developers.
• You will join an SAFe team, supporting DevOps teams in their cloud operations.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
• MS-SQL experience as a database admin or engineer working on clusters and writing scripts.
• Strong PowerShell experience.
• Certification Azure and experience with cloud services is an advantage.
• You are open minded to do on-call duty
