Job Description
- Recruit and onboard new hires, conduct performance management and provide feedback, oversee management of payroll and benefits for employees
- Oversee all Kuwaitization activities with key O&G clients in Kuwait
- Work with Country Manager to look at future HR strategies and initiatives.
