Position Purpose:

Content Writing is an important role at Reach First which involves creating various types of online content for US and Canadian businesses in the form of Blog Posts, Articles, Press Releases, Web Copy, Social Media Content, and much more. Our ideal candidate is a person who has a flair for writing, is creative, has the ability to develop a clear sense of the market and customers he/she writes for, and is well-versed with social media management.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s):Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.

Experience:
  • Proven working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Create thoughtful, personalized, and brand-relevant content strategies and then execute them across multiple online channels/platforms.

  • Analyze and test the optimal ways for consumers to find and consume content.

  • Develop, produce, and maintain compelling and engaging website content, social media posts, and product data with high editorial standards of accuracy and quality.

  • Research and analyze top SEO content topics as guided by the SEO Team to create quality content.

  • Actively ideate, plan, and write content pieces to drive maximum conversion across all stages of our platforms.

  • Demonstrating outstanding communication, flexibility, and teamwork across the team.

  • Update and maintain existing documentation, ensuring customer-facing documents are accurate.

  • Tests new methods thoroughly while considering excellence a fundamental priority.

  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on content.

  • Proofreading of content for removing errors and inconsistencies.

  • Verifying word counts and tone, and ensuring it meets provided style guides.

  • Re-optimize old content based on keyword guidelines provided.

  • Put forward new content ideas that align with business goals.

  • Perform other relevant tasks as per requirement.



Requirements

  • Great research and analytical skills.

  • In-depth knowledge and proven successes in creating SEO-optimized content.

  • The ability to adopt different writing styles.

  • Excellent writing ability including the ability to proofread your own and others work.

  • Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities throughout the day.

  • An understanding of digital marketing and SEO.

  • Advanced reading, writing, proofing, formatting, editing, and English grammar knowledge and skills.

  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability in a deadline-driven atmosphere.

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
