Middle Web Designer

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Client Engagement, and HR teams to gather information and creative assets for multiple internal and external initiatives
  

• Create outstanding and engaging websites for marketing usage while maintaining the balance between creativity and business requirements and following guidelines for consistency.
  

• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables
  

• Hand off the layouts and prototypes to the dev.team, explain the nuances and control the right implementation of designs .
  

• Provide innovative, user-centric, information and visual strategy recommendations
  

• Maintain and extend the existing design system, images library, and pull stock photography
  

Must haves

• 2+ years experience working with web and graphic design
  

• Portfolio showcasing related works, possibly with prototype samples and demo reel
  

• Experience creating illustrations, pitch decks, advertisement banners, and other graphic design deliverables
  

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
  

• Experience in motion design
  

• Working knowledge of digital design principles
  

• Attentive eye and mind for composition details, typography, graphic styles, and visual perception
  

• Experience with agile methodologies and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  

• Upper-intermediate English level ability easily communicate with a team
  

• Positive and open-minded style of communication
  

• Good collaboration skills and structured style of work
  

Nice to haves

• Experience in design testing
  

• Must be attentive to detail when following layout specifications and corrections
  

• Elevated self-awareness and a desire to develop new skills
  

• Bonus points: Experience with the optimized Lottie animation/motion design.
  

• Bonus points: Experience in 3D basic modelling/shading/texturing (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
