We are helpingone of the leading client to hire a UX/UI Designer on a 6 months contract basis. They are currently working in Hybrid model, occasional travel to offices in Dublin for team get togethers and workshops. The main responsibility of the Designer is to expand across the client`s digital real estate. The role will be responsible for putting the customer at the heart of client s processes and challenging client to lead with a design first methodology.

Role & Responsibilities:

The purpose of theUX/UI Designeris to support all design deliveries into client s digital product, there will be a focus on user interface and UX-oriented deliveries as well as journey mapping and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for designing and delivering digital experiences. It will involve working alongside front-end developers, stakeholders and delivery teams across major change and digital execution activities.

You`ll responsible:


  • create prototypes, sitemaps, wireframes and user flows
  • design user interface elements
  • support and partner with UX and Service Designers to provide and deliver interfaces and journeys
  • developing intuitive interaction and navigation models
  • communicating usability standards and rationales clearly and effectively
  • applying and running user testing methodologies
  • strong oral and written communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • experience in working with cross-functional teams, with a focus on front-end development
  • present high-level concepts and strategies to business stakeholders
  • have excellent organisation and time management
  • be fully aware of emerging technologies that can deliver rich, intuitive and engaging experiences




Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as UI/UX designer
  • Experience of wireframing, and design tools (Sketch and InVision)
  • 3+ years of design is mandatory including creating prototypes, sitemaps, wireframes and user flows
  • Developing intuitive interaction and navigation models
  • Understanding of graphics and visual tools
  • Presenting usability standards and rationales clearly and optimally
  • Applying and running user testing methodologies
  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Experience in working with multi-functional teams
