Responsibilities
• Completing changes from initial requirements gathering through to approval.
• Work closely with the Squad Lead to ensure accuracy of the change.
• Effective engagement with appropriate stakeholders to obtain information and approvals.
• Communicate with NWG change management teams and accredited approvers to ensure effective change progression.
• Liaise with technical teams to obtain relevant technical information.
• Adherence to the change QA checklist to ensure all relevant steps are completed to the desired level of quality.
• Highlight change conflicts within a move package.
• Provide input into event planning in accordance with the T minus schedule.
• Follow change management processes, review and track changes and ensure change records are approved in line with the agreed T minus schedule.
• Adhere to the T minus schedule migration checklist.
• Incorporate lessons learnt for continuous improvement.
• Provide input into process documentation and follow best practices to ensure consistency between squads.
• Actively participate on the programme’s social media, such as Workplace, and collaboration platforms such as MS Teams.
