Job Description
Title: Senior Business Analyst with Retail domain
Position Type: Fulltime only
Visa Type: CTZ, GC, EAD only
Start Date: Immediate
Work Location: San Antonio, Texas (need to work from Client office)
Description:
- 10+ Years of experience with domain expertise in retail, supply chain and ecommerce.
- Excellent communication, team management and client handling skills
- Hands-on technical experience in Oracle database, PostgreSQL, Postman and API
- Experienced in creating Business Requirement Documents, User Requirement Specification, and Functional Requirement Specifications.
- Experienced in creating Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), ER Diagram Data Flow Diagrams, Use Cases, State Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Component Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams & Activity diagrams
- Excellent facilitation skills in conducting walk through, surveys, questionnaires, one-on-one interview sessions, groups' sessions, and prototyping brain storming
- Strong in employing validation and verification methods to ensure the correctness of business requirements
- Expertise in Order to Cash, Service Management, Supply Chain/ E-Commerce/ Retail.
- Wide knowledge in story authoring, requirements elicitation, specification, and refinement
- Have deep knowledge of retail store systems and business processes combined with the ability to handle complex business situations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
