Job Description

Now recruiting for an Accounts Administrator (3 days per week - Wednesday,Thursday and Friday) to join our small team. On a typical day in the office, you ll work 9am - 5pm and this role covers various areas of the business, you will be heavily involved in the finance department as well as numerous adhoc sales and client management reporting duties.
You ll be the first point of contact for any finance related enquires.
We will, of course, provide the training and support you need to thrive in your new role but we need someone with:

  • Proven work experience as an accounts administrator or a similar role
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
  • Hands on experience with using accounting software,
  • Knowledge of Libre Office
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Ability to work within a fast paced role
  • Good telephone mannerisms
  • Good customer service skills

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Processing payments, invoices, receipts and entering data into an accounting software
  • Management of debtors and creditors including reconciliation
  • Managing and collecting payments/debts
  • Weekly bank reconciliations
  • Managing and dealing with all finance related queries
  • Assisting finance manager with administrative duties with preparing month/year end accounts
  • Adhoc sales admin
  • Various client reporting duties including client stats and voucher reports
