BUYER - PARTS PURCHASING

5 years experience working in productive purchasing, automotive industry

Degree in Business or Business Administration equivalent

Objective:

Procurement globaly in nature and will involve collaboration with Mazda colleagues in all regions across the world.

With internal rotation in 3-5 years.

Functions/Activities:

• Negotiation/exposure to National-International sourcing and negotiation
• Resolution of commercial issues, such paymnt to supplier, price updating, etc
• Supplier sourcing and award, Cost saving activities,
• Development & implementation of commodity strategies by interacting with multiple internal and external organization.
• Development and location of suppliers

Basic requirements:

• Intermediate-Advanced English
• Analytical, Negotiation and Communication skills (internal/external)
• Knowledge of Oracle system and Microsoft Office
• Financial concepts and Cost analysis
• Proactivity and teamwork
• Advanced Excel, and Presentation skills
• Well organized, self-motivated, and team building.
