- Individual contributor who will partner with a dedicated number of People Managers and who is supported by a (Sr) HRBP/ (Sr) HRM.
- Support the (Sr) HR Business Partners in employee relations processes and cases including absence, performance management, disciplinary procedures and outcomes;
- Contributes to the review of existing HR policies, procedures and processes and signals possibilities for optimization, guides operational implementation and execution in own business unit
- Actively transfers knowledge and skills to line management, with good judgment of what to delegate and what not to delegate to HRG.
- Lead change initiatives with stakeholders at local & global level. Be the change agent to set a culture within the business teams.
