- Experience in blockchain and/or decentralized architectures, consensus, and/or cryptographic systems
- Well-experienced in creating smart contract deployments on ERC20/721/1155 standards
- Strong programming experience in either Solidity or Rust
- Think from first principles to tackle challenges at the cutting edge of cryptography, smart contracts, and data - prioritizing safety and robustness
- Strong exposure to smart-contract auditing tools (e.g. OpenZephlin, Consensys, Hacken, etc.)
