Director of Financial Operations

Are you a leader who loves numbers and strategy? Do you enjoy details, and crave finding ways to make operations leaner and more efficient?

We are looking for a local Director of Financial Operations. This individual will oversee our national financial planning, reporting, strategy, and execution. They will be responsible for our financial solvency and budgets and coordinate the efficacy of our local operations.

• Execute the financial strategy of the FBC Remodel including the national company budget and profit and loss management
  
• Coordinate financial statements, (WIP) work in progress, weekly audits, legal reviews, and loan management
  
• Detailed review of current budget and spending for future recommendations for the leadership team
  
• Oversee and service our Information Technology needs
  
• Report on key company metrics
  
• Serve as backup to our accountant
  
• Support or local Division Presidents by evaluating and facilitate the planning of our financial process, scheduling, and logistics of our local remodel projects and estimation.
  
• This position will serve on our national leadership team which will include organizational planning, decision-making, coaching and mentorship
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• Proven, successful oversight of organizational operations and financial profitability
  
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
  
• Experience in information technology
  
• Exceptional communication, leadership, planning, and coaching ability
  
• An unstoppable growth mindset, that owns results, places team first, and values honesty
  

Benefits

Salary Range
100,000 - 125,000
