You re focused on growing the business by building internal knowledge systems and training a staff of junior engineers. You can be responsible for invoicing and monitoring the financial health of project budgets, both internally and externally, while learning from the best this sector has to offer.
Requirements
We re looking for someone to become a key member of our client s local team. Someone who wants a chance to learn from a leading team of professionals. It s ok if you consider yourself more of an intermediate, but you should at least have some experience in managing new construction building science projects in addition to restoration projects (including roofing, waterproofing, structural engineering, masonry, windows, curtain walls, sealants, EIFS, site pavements, and other cladding systems). There are no specific technology requirements for this role, but we d like to meet strong, technical candidates who can communicate, with several years experience managing new construction building science projects and building restoration projects (in a similar engineering consulting environment). A team player with a university degree (required), a professional designation (preferred), strong technical writing ability, adaptability, organization, and problem-solving. Extended skill sets are welcome and encouraged (like energy modelling, technical writing, diagnostic reports and specifications, and contract administration).
