Our client is the leading company in Southeast Asia in producing fresh food products who is searching for qualified talent to join their firm:
  • Set the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition globally, lead, manage and develop the recruiting team across multiple locations driving a high level of performance against the ambitious hiring plans.
  • Define and develop recruiting metrics in collaboration with the Employee success leadership team.
  • Partner closely with Employee Success leadership to develop, optimize and drive an efficient, consistent recruiting process from talent attraction and candidate identification, to on-site assessment, offer proposal and negotiation.
  • Identify future talent needs collaborating with the recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs across all functional areas.


Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of work experience
  • Significant experience in recruiting in the FMC/Food industry is an advantage
  • Seasoned talent acquisition leader who has successfully built, managed and inspired a recruiting team for a high-growth FMCG company.
  • Highly effective judgement and interpersonal skill with the ability to interface with all levels across organisation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and build relationships.
  • In depth understanding of the hiring processes, key recruiting metrics.
