We are a German Fintech from Frankfurt am Main, offering blockchain solutions and digital assets to financial services. We provide digital asset infrastructure to banks and corporate institutions as well as various other products such as asset tokenization that enables banks, corporates, asset managers and investment firms to access digital securities and cryptocurrencies. Our product is called iVEONE.

We have an amazing opportunity for you. We are looking for a Junior Partnerships & Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will grow our client base and is not afraid to think outside the box.

The (Junior) Sales Engineer will play an important role in developing our business across the DACH region and internationally. The main role for this position will be to build relationships with customers using the newest technologies, track and report results as well as design the whole sales process from scratch.

Tasks

  • You will identify and reach out to potential customers as part of the outbound and inbound process
  • Generate leads and build relationships with prospective customers using the newest technologies and sales tools
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects using Hubspot CRM
  • Send personalized messages and emails via various channels, set up and hold meetings
  • Design the whole sales process and collaborate with business, marketing, and product teams
  • Collect and share feedback from clients with product and marketing teams
  • Create and update monthly sales reports
  • Manage and update sales dashboard for investor reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business or alternatively, relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a startup, FinTech company or consultancy
  • Background in finance/banking/fintech is a big plus
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, tokenization is desirable
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a proactive work attitude
  • You have excellent writing and communication skills to reach the target audience
  • Good skills in MS Office, Hubspot CRM, and similar tools
