Working Student Sales Development (m/f/x), 15-20 h

Tasks

• You support the Sales Development team in day-to-day business with national and international inquiries from our customers by phone and e-mail,
• You are the contact person for all inquiries of our customers, e.g. questions about the ordering process and licensing
• You support the team in the preparation and follow-up of product demonstrations as well as the execution of campaigns,
• You maintain our internal customer database.

Requirements

• Enrolled student your subject of study isn t our first concern: we are looking for positive-minded people who are innovative and independent in their work and are willing to take responsibility,
• You can identify problems or problem potentials spontaneously and solve/prevent them,
• English as a first language and good German skills (other languages are a plus),
• Some experience in communication with external clients is desirable,
• Flexibility in working hours (ideally you'll be willing to work for our American clients in the afternoon until late afternoon),
• Ideally, you know MAXQDA because you have already used it yourself,
• A reliable, independent way of working, team spirit and analytical thinking complete your profile.
