CREATIVE STRATEGIST with experience in GameDev or Advertising

We are seeking a Strategist who lives at the intersection of thinking and making to see the big picture and creates solutions that move target audiences to take action. The person who can deliver insights to drive strategic and creative directions for our clients. We are seeking individuals with a creative and entrepreneurial drive and excitement to work in a fast-paced environment.

Who are we looking for

The Driver can design strategic approaches and run workshops, create consumer journeys and discuss a client's business as thought partners.

The Explorer who finds equal joy in customer dynamics, business dynamics, and the changing landscape of cultural behaviors & media.

The Pitcher who has an understanding of pitching processes knows how to supervise a creative team and deliver the best creative solution to a client.

Tasks

• Craft strong, concise strategic narratives that identify opportunities for audience and culture-led ideas.
• Aid in the development of creative ideas designed to solve a specific business problem.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively partner cross-departmentally with creative, experiential, production and account during various phases of a project.
• Prepare and participate in the pitching process and presentations to clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a strategist in a GameDev, advertising, creative, digital agency or related environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with members of other teams and to communicate effectively with clients during pitches and regularly.
• Great English knowledge (fluent).
• Diverse portfolio & love of video games and the gaming market.
