Program Manager, Digital Customer Experience , Insights , & Retail

We also come in with some strong IP and pre-built analytics solutions in data mining, BI and Big Data.

You have:

  1. Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams.
  2. Experience in client-facing role for driving Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, and Digital Customer Experience Analytics projects
  3. 5+ years of Program Management experience working closely with cross-functional teams, managing & planning large multi stakeholder programs
  4. Well versed with Agile practices and must be proficient in the use of Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation and facilitation).
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  6. Must enjoy consensus-driven environments where collaboration, honest and open communications are paramount.
  7. Demonstrates solid understanding of Data, Customer Profile and Audience solutions, digital analytics, customer data collection, and product analytics
  8. Well versed with best practices of experimentation & website AB Testing. Design A/B tests to test and quantify the impact of new product feature
  9. Working knowledge in:
  1. Tag Management experience using Launch, Ensighten Manage, or Tealium iQ
  2. Experience with AB testing platform using Adobe Target, Optimizely/Episerver
  3. Knowledge of Data Management Platforms like Adobe Audience Manager

As a Program Manager, you will:

  1. Utilize advanced program management skills and knowledge to follow the organization's strategic plan and lead the large-to-medium and/or moderately complex programs spanning multiple organizations.
  2. Build program plans and maintains program record. Works with the core team to identify and schedule all the work for end-to-end deployment required to fulfill program scope. Identifies and manages program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies.
  3. Delivers outcomes, longer-term improvements and benefits in support of the organization goals.
  4. Effectively communicate to high-level executives in day-to-day updates and challenging situations. Works with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time and costs.
  5. Manage cross-functional and cross-organization communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed, and needs are aligned
  6. Define the value proposition, work plans, resource needs, timeline and budget for projects. Manage resources (i.e. capital requirements and human capital) to achieve the project objectives on time, within scope, and within budget
  7. Lead digital experience and analytics engagements with a common goal of keeping the customer at the center of decisions, while building scalable solutions to equip the client organizations and improve their business.
  8. Create and execute the roadmap while collaborating with key stakeholders in the digital, customer and marketing organization to achieve business goals.
  9. Liaise with client stakeholders across engineering, product, business & technology to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications/analytics tagging strategies to be passed to development teams
  10. Validate web analytics implementation (pre and post deployment) and confirms adherence to the technical specification
  11. Run complex digital analytics engagements and ensure quality deliverables across teams & verticals
  12. Partner with Tredence product teams to build accelerators for niche problems in digital experience management
  13. Spearhead thought leadership and solution design on CXM engagements which primarily includes Customer Analytics, Customer Experience, and Marketing Analytic

You can expect to:

  1. Lead broad cross-organization digital transformation efforts from the early stages through release.
  2. You will be responsible for influencing organization roadmap priorities, system owners, and technical direction.
  3. You will represent difficult trade-off decisions and solutions clearly to leaders and stakeholders to help them understand decisions and options.
  4. You will leverage your technical knowledge to drive technical trade-off decisions. You will be able to identify when a technical solution requires additional technical guidance.
  5. Lead Digital Experience related engagements and provide best-in-class solution to our clients
  6. Be a leader in CXM practice to develop unique value prop & GTM strategy for Tredence in Digital Experience
  7. Work in a challenging environment with smart peer group
  8. Develop product and accelerator strategy for CXM practice at Tredence
