Social Media & Community Manager (m/f/x) - Italian

Your Tasks

• You create and plan catchy, creative, and informative content for our social media platforms
• You implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers
• You take ownership of community management for our social media channels and reputation management in TrustPilot and Google My Business
• You track, analyse and report on performance of social media platforms using tools such as Emplifi, Meta Business Manager, IG insights
• You work closely with international Social Media and Community Management team, design team and influencer team
• You support with content localisation and proof-reading

Your Skills

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Social Media and Community management
• You have knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and are fluent in English
• You have excellent copywriting skills and a natural ability to adapt content to different communication channels
• You are a natural collaborator, energetic and results-driven, and enjoy working independently
• You strive to communicate in a clear and transparent manner, both verbally and in writing
