Our healthcare client is seeking a Product Owner for a multi-year contract engagement.
This role would meet with the business and understand the requirements and create User Stories in our Agile Rally tool.
The Product Owners are the ones who understand the product and are able to help guide the workflows and record all of the decisions etc. from a grooming perspective.
The ideal candidates have requirement gathering skills on Web Based projects and someone who is confident with Agile, specially writing user stories.
Must Haves:
- Experience with agile and fast paced decision-making environments
- Product Management experience creating roadmaps, and translating solutions into detailed user stories and managing a story backlog
- High energy go-getter who can lead and is action oriented in a fast paced environment
- Agile experience as a project or product owner required
- Previous experience with the Agile Rally Tool or Jira
- Proven experience working with Databases
- Understanding of a fast paced development environment
- Confluence Strong facilitation/presentation skills and experience presenting to senior leadership
- Strategic thinker with both sound and broad business acumen
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience working in a application development environment
