Job Details

• As part of Dynamics 365 implementation program (which includes Marketing, Sales and Customer Data Platform), the specialist works with the software implementation, sales and data workstream teams in the build out of the marketing application. The specialist manages works closely with the software implementer and holds regular interactions with the Product Owners/Business and Tech teams (sprints), including setting up and managing meetings. This role also works with various stakeholders to interpret business needs and issues, effectively translating them to actionable requirements.
• The specialist has a solid understanding of marketing and marketing tech and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing and Microsoft 365 and Teams. The specialist has hands on experience in the agile development lifecycle, experience working in Azure ADO and familiarity in the review and management of epics, features and user stories. A team player that is comfortable and experienced in navigating in a complex, global organization.
