Product:Travel department helps customers to choose the best option where to stay on their next holiday. You will work on theComparison Portal of Holiday Apartments where customers can compare and choose the dream place for their vacation!
Your tasks:
- You take over the setup, support and expansion of the companys servers (no on-call duty required)
- Further scaling of overall systems in a rapidly growing environment
- You are responsible for the implementation of backup and monitoring strategies and solutions
- Expansion of deployment processes (continuous integration with Bamboo)
- Managing the centralized configuration with Saltstack is part of your day-to-day business
- Adaptation and creation of automation processes and automatic system configurations (scripting)
Requirements
- Professional experience as a system administrator in Debian Linux, ideally you have initial contact with the programming language PHP
- Sound experience in rollout systems like Saltstack, Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- Handling Bash and Nginx, PHP-FPM and MySQL (replication, backup etc.)
- You would like to familiarize yourself with Elasticsearch and Redis
- Ability to work in a team, quality awareness and working independently
- Fluent knowledge of German
