CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
We have an exciting, newly created role for a Customer Relationship Executive to be based in our London office. Initially the individual in this role will have significant interaction with existing and prospective customers, maximising our sales potential. It is anticipated that after several months in this role and cross-training within the business, the role will naturally segue into a commodities broking position.
Execute our sales strategy targeting hedge funds, investment banks, ship owners, oil refineries, miners and grain companies in line with business development strategy
Proactively maintain and enhance existing relationships with clients as well as source new clients, aiding them through the on-boarding process in conjunction with compliance; develop cross-selling opportunities to secure new revenue streams
Communicate on an agreed regular basis to all relevant stakeholders
Conduct lead generation activity, taking an active role in the sales process
Assist ad hoc with projects
Provide reports on sales activity as required by management team
Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with FIS company policies
Exercise judgement and act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence and open and co-operative with the FCA, NFA the PRA and other regulators
Ensure full awareness of and adhere to internal policies that relate to the role or any relevant other activities
Observe standards of market conduct and ensure understanding and adherence to all regulatory, exchange or clearing house requirements applicable to role
Complete any mandatory training required by the company and required deadlines
Perform any other reasonable duties the company may require
Understand regulation within the evolving regulatory landscape

Regular reporting on training needs to Senior Manager
Centre of expertise and knowledge for relevant products and markets
Complete any mandatory training required by the company and required deadlines
Maintain own Continued Professional Development (CPD)
Possess good knowledge of all FIS products and markets essential
