Proactively work on Employer Branding to develop the company as an employer of choice for the professionals seeking a career buildup in HR services
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Lead the development of employee appraisal and rewards framework
Develop and implement a Total Rewards management system including compensation and benefits systems
Responsible for managing company daily operations
Develop employee on boarding and training program
Develop employee training & development plans
Implement employee on-site/off-site operations management system including leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures

3-6 years of experience working in a HR role
Experienced Candidates looking at resuming full time work with up to 24 months of career break (Returning mothers/Parent Caregivers) would be preferred in the role.
Previous experience of working with enterprise or multinational companies would be preferred.
Bachelors in HRM/ BBA candidates would be considered for the role.
