Request for Copies

Proposals for Settlement

Notice of Compliance with Plaintiff s Request for Copies

Subpoenas

Request to Produce Defendant(s)

Prepare correspondence to clients

Prepare correspondence to experts


Answer Discovery for Plaintiff (Interrogatories, RTP, RFA)

E-file Documents

Serve Documents

Diary Trial order Deadlines

Prepare Documents for Deadlines


Exhibits for Trial

Redaction of Medical Records and Bills

Trial Notebook

Request trial Items from Vendors(blowups, etc.)

Prepare Witness Lists

Diary deadlines for: Plaintiff s response to discovery; Proposal for Settlement; Statute of Limitations to Serve Defendant; Response to Complaint; Response to Discovery; Rely to Affirmative Defenses; Request for Copies for NPNP; Compulsory Medical Exam; earliest date to file Proposal for Settlement; Latest date to file a Proposal for Settlement; diary to close file; Notice of Unavailability dates for Plaintiff and Defendant

Register luncheons, seminars, conferences

Submit Invoices for Client Payables

Assist with State, Federal, and Multidistrict litigation filings

Transcription of expert conferences and treating physician conferences

Update case status

Send out all outgoing mail

Print all processing accepted e-mails, hole punch, and add to main file index with original pleadings

Index files

File hard copies of documents

Create all new folders (main file, NPNP records, discovery folders, hearing, mediation, expert depos, depos, Proposals for Settlement, mediation, arbitration)

Notify experts of case settlement

Send documents to experts

Greet clients and assist with set-up for pre-depo video/mediation video

File Summons, Complaints and discovery with the Court to open new litigation case

Upload all Orders and proposed Orders to Judge

Send settlement documents to opposing counsel

Case Management Plans and Orders for Palm Beach and other applicable counties

Create appropriate documents in the event the Secretary of State accept Service of Process on behalf of Defendant

Send issued Summons to process server for Service of Process on Defendant(s)

Update pleadings case style once case number is issued; update service list once NOA or Response to Complaint is filed

Request videographer for Compulsory Medical Examinations

Set-up Zoom conferences as necessary

File 90-day petitions; guardianship documents; probate documents with the Court on an as-needed basis
