- To organize pre-production meetings and to review the product specifications.
- To identify causes and corrective actions for production problems found during inspection.
- To ensure size and other specifications for manufacturing are adhered to, and production/fit is in-line with approval samples plus colour.
- To review the failed inspection with the head of merchandising and to identify the problems affecting the quality of merchandise and make disposition for re-inspection to ensure that quality standards are met.
