Job Description

- Submit weekly timecards for tasting room staff
- Assist in daily business functions, including opening and closing procedures for each business day
- Assists in managing the day-to-day work flow of office staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures
- Assists in planning and execution of office activities
- Monitor and administer time and attendance policy
- Coordinates procedural updates, identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for procedural improvements
- Monitor escalation issues and supervises staff to assure accountability in compliance with departmental goals
- Execute operational projects and coordination of activities
- Selects, assign, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the function
