Location: Runcorn Office with some home office

Goal: Assist in the day to day running of the Training department.

Tasks

Learning Management System (LMS) platform maintenance:

  • Train new hires in our LMS and allocate pre-determined learning materials (Product trainings and course pre-readings)
  • Co-ordinate with sales trainers & marketing to ensure provision of subject appropriate support materials (bulletins, clinical papers etc) are included with curriculation

Training Event Management

  • Manage training location bookings, including accommodation (when necessary), suitable training rooms and additional breakout rooms if needed; specify catering needs & also any additional requirements specific to each course.
  • Ensure adequate stocks of welcome kit materials. Oversee timely shipping of same to trainings as needed.
  • Raise POs and ensure cross charging of course fees to cost centre codes as appropriate.
  • Check in and check out & tracking of training equipment

Quarterly Newsletter

  • Distribute Quarterly training newsletter with relevant articles and formatting
  • Monitoring of any competitions or actions & ensuring the results of these follow through into the next edition.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a trainer, within an admin function or someone looking to get back into the workforce
  • LMS experience would be advantageous
  • Highly organised, detail orientated and able to work autonomously
  • Fluent English. Any additional language skill advantageous
  • Willing to attend trainings where logistical support may be needed (Domestic & Overseas). Travel component 20%.
