Junior Event Producer - Germany

We are constantly moving forward and looking out for an ambitious Event Producer to support our growth in the solar industry | 1 year contract starting 1st April 2023 (with the possibility of a permanent contract after 1 year).

• Responsible for EV charging events
• Manage multiple event projects (in-person and online) from concept through to completion (including budget, 3rd party management, logistics, topic identification, event agenda).
• Work closely together with our marketing specialists in our subsidiaries across the EU on the execution of local events, exhibitions and roadshows.
• Oversee events on-site and online.
• Ensure an unforgettable event experience for our customers and partners.
• Liaise with sales and marketing teams to publicize and promote the events.
• Provide quality control via reporting to ensure the highest standards.
• Be on the outlook for innovative and impactful events in the EV charging market.
• Drive and manage the creation of reusable event displays
• Support the PV and ESS event management

Your profile

• Bachelor s degree and 2+ years relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to external and internal audiences
• Excellent skills in German and English. Other languages are an asset
• Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Creative and passionate person with upbeat spirit and Yes, we can mentality
• Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
• Willingness to travel across EU
