CEEZER is a marketplace for CO2 compensation and high-tech removal credits with access to ~5.000 climate projects worldwide, verified by globally recognized registries. Transactions take place between corporations and project developers at the source, without any middlemen or hidden fees. To do so, CEEZER provides scientific quality and pricing insights that help buyers and sellers interact, while allowing to monitor credits in a balanced, high-quality portfolio.

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (f/d/m). You ll work closely with our experienced founding team & VP Growth in a very fast-moving and VC-funded startup and will work on many exciting aspects of our business:

Tasks

  • Identify new business sectors to target and align on prospecting strategy
  • Conduct market research to uncover needs within each industry vertical or business segment
  • Build lists of target prospects, create and execute the outreach strategy (i.e. campaign content, follow up sequence, objection handling)
  • Act as the main point of contact for CEEZER customers, representing customer' needs to the greater CEEZER team
  • Launch high-impact campaigns to entice prospective clients to meet with you
  • Qualify leads to uncover business objectives and needs
  • Facilitate a positive, customer-obsessed experience throughout all team and customer collaborations

Requirements

  • Proven track record of organizing and meeting weekly campaign and prospecting targets
  • Experienced building data-driven narratives that are relevant and engaging to new prospects
  • Stay apprised of new information relating to industry trends and customer pain points
  • Continuously learning about new industries, technologies, and strategies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with adverse challenges to tackle
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and German
  • Eager to contribute to CEEZER s carbon removal mission
  • Experienced in using CRM systems
