- As the Executive Chef you will be 4 restaurants and Beach Club, and extensive banqueting and catering facilities.
- Managed a multi-national team of 60, chefs and stewards
- Someone from a strong restaurant and catering background, with experience in opening of new restaurants, operations and building a new banqueting product
- Experienced in modern European, Australian & Pacific cuisines
- A work history in quality restaurants in addition to hotel F&B skills is a definite advantage
- Candidates from Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa preferred
