- Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology.
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
- Helping Management to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing.
- Responsible for security matters including alarms, access control systems, and CCTV.
- Ensure building plans are kept up to date.
