Our client is a national, leading service provider that specialises in complete drainage and plumbing services to a wide range of clients, managing all domestic and commercial drainage and plumbing failures. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients needs whether it be a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe.


The Role


Responsible for consistent day to day delivery of high-quality customer service. Excellent telephone manner with a professional and courteous approach to all customers both externally and internally. Raising orders directly on to the internal crm and using the quote system, parts identification and processing delivery request.


  • The ability to successfully and consistently manage all customer requests maintaining a high level of customer communication.
  • Maintain and/or develop supplier relationship to enable suppliers to respond to changes on demand
  • Progress chase outstanding Purchase Orders to ensure supplier performance is within agreed company KPI targets
  • Monitor demand and order parts as and when required
  • Help and monitor cost reduction whenever possible
  • Responsible for raising all quotes for parts and labor, purchase orders, parts return and any 3rd party requirements for customer fulfillment.
  • Ensure via regular review and monitoring that SLA s are being adhered to.
  • Close daily management on all open orders
  • Responsible for uploading all relevant information and/or documentation to orders
  • Identify the root cause of complaints and develop action plans to address and improve to an acceptable level.
  • Maintain a working relationship and open communication with Field Service Supervisor
  • Carry out other task in the office including providing cover for annual leave and absences



Requirements


  • Management skills in a field-based customer service environment
  • Achieving financial and customer satisfaction targets
  • Proficient to a high level in the use of Microsoft office package
  • Previous experience in a service delivery environment.
  • Previous experience of regularly analysing and presenting complex information in a professional manner at all levels.
  • Ability to manage complex relationships to ensure service delivery is maintained.
  • Manage both internal and external relationships with all key stakeholders.
