Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Heuston Quarter, Dublin 8, Hybrid working model.

Contract / Permanent: FTC 12 Months, With further extension

Start date: 01/12/2022 or as soon as possible

Experience Level Required:

It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 7+ years of experience.

It is a mandatory requirement, that the Resource proposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents:

A third level degree qualification in Business, Management, or a related discipline.

Key Deliverable:

The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role.

Must be able to capture functional and non-functional ICT requirements and work with business and IT stakeholders to establish a clear definition of scope, and key success criteria involved in each requirement.

Must be able to identify and document requirements, understanding how the requirements map to the technical solution whilst ensuring that the capabilities of the software or technical solution are considered.

Must be able to effectively translate requirements into a comprehensive business focused design document to clearly articulate the proposed design.

Must then be able to work successfully with the ICT development team, bridging the divide between ICT and the business.

Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets:

The following Experience/Competencies/Skillsets are applicable to this Role.

1. Experience on analysis of business processes, data mapping and requirements gathering for enterprise ICT systems.
Experience across a minimum of two public sector ICT solutions.
(250 Marks available - minimum 150 Marks)

2. Experience on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design and associated competency with wireframe/mock-up software such as Figma, Adobe etc for an enterprise ICT system.
Experience across a minimum of one ICT enterprise solution.
(150 Marks available - minimum 90 Marks)

3. Experience on developing and delivering system training to large sets of users, using both onsite and offsite methods for an enterprise ICT system.
Experience across a minimum of two enterprise ICT solutions.
(200 Marks available - minimum 120 Marks)
