Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd proudly offers a great opportunity for a Senior Service Costing Advisor to join our client based in Chester. Our client is a successful family-owned dealer group operating a number of prestige franchised vehicle operations across their group.


Requirements

About the role:

To maximise efficiency in all administration areas relating to costing and warranty.

To lead the costing and warranty admin team.

To deal with on a daily basis retail, warranty, internal, service package, one link and lease company invoicing.

To ensure the completion of all internal and external service invoices.

To monitor Work In Progress daily.

Requirements:

Excellent administration and communication skills.

A commitment to proving excellent customer service.

Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.

Ability to work autonomously.

An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.

Team player that offers help and support to others.

Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
