Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual French-Spanish Profesional with more than 5 years experience on Sales Reinsurance sector. With this main fuctions:
- Manage the client relationship with the cedants in the different European territories (including travelling abroad, elaborate reinsurance solutions, negotiate the obligatory treaties renewal, coordinate internally quotes, special acceptances, claims cooperation, etc and presenting it to the clients).
- Participate in the commercial planning (Identify and develop new reinsurance opportunities with Euro-pean insurance companies in line with the objectives of the company s strategic plan).
- Understand and coordinate the cedant s reinsurance needs internally with the different underwriting teams in a cooperative manner.
- Manage the relationship with the different reinsurance brokers.
- Attend reinsurance market events.
Requisitos
Minimum experience of 5 years within the reinsurance industry (reinsurer, reinsurance broker or in the reinsurance department of an insurance company)
- Knowledge of direct non life insurance classes of business (Knowledge of life insurance would be a plus)
- Advanced level of French and Spanish. Knowledge of other European languages, would be a plus.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Strong team spirit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Open-minded, trustworthy and enthusiastic
- Availability to travel frequently
