The client base consists of Residential and Commercial Developers, Investors, Experienced Portfolio Landlords and High Net worth individuals and Corporate Pension Funds

This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor with 2 or more years PQE to come on board to a ready-made client base with regular incoming business from quality clientele.

Duties:

All areas of Residential AND Commercial Conveyancing

Lease extensions both commercial and residential

Open new files and conduct the appropriate searches.

Handle the full life cycle of the conveyancing files.

Residential sales and purchases, mortgages, and transfers of equities

Make use of a good quality referred work.

Re-mortgage, shared equity, and equity release on a high volume using a case management system

Commercial mortgages and lending knowledge

Requirements

Candidate requirements:

Flexible on the number of years experience but ideally 2 years+

Residential and Commercial Property Experience

Working with developers on complex buying requirements

This is Not High Street volume conveyancing.

Conveyancing work experience with a focus on all areas of property

Ideally you will have worked for a high street practice.

You should be a self-starter, keen to support your quality client base

Excellent spoken and written skills are a must

Good client liaison skills
