Job Description:

Responsible for end-to-end Project or solution implementation to meet requirements as specified in project plan and contracted project scope

Responsibilities:

Carry out implementation of solutions and designated products following a detailed project plan and in accordance with contracted project scope

Managing activities including need analysis, data review and product demonstrations

Application Support Analyst for EFI Productivity Suite Team by providing support to Radius ERP tool, PSA, Printflow and Auto Count Scheduling Tool

Solve issues related to Radius, PSA, Auto Count, Market Direct

Work independently with peers and mentor team members to gather and translate business requirements into product specific designs and specifications while expanding application expertise and knowledge of business processes

Driving all aspects of successful implementation from requirements and design to mentoring and delivery

Generating discovery meetings and documenting final solutions for customers and providing knowledge transfers

Identify risks and impact for all product and solution implementation

Provide technical support to sales process

Optimize solutions and applications for performance needs of customer environment

Work with customer with setting up the parameter and configuration required to deliver the functionality defined in the contract scope

Work with customer on test strategy and planning to ensure successful solution implementation

Implement industry best practices into all the solutions developed for customer needs

Provide status and other metrics reports for governance teams and stakeholders based on project milestones and other communication requirements

Qualifications:

10+ years prior experience in solutioning and implementation of product designs

Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical issues and apply to business solutions

Demonstrated success in customer relationship management

Exceptional time management, organization and planning skills

Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of effective team and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

Strong project management skills

MES/ Manufacturing/ ERP knowledge will be an added advantage

ITIL / ITSM knowledge required
