Provide day-to-day operational support and technical advice to the eFX clients
Manage production technology incidents to resolution, ensuring timely engagement,
escalation and effective communication to business, technology and vendor partners
Design and configure complex onboarding solutions for eFX clients
Analyse and quickly resolve trade queries using vendor log files and admin portals
Monitor the post-trade risk management systems of the all eFX clients
Provide technical support & performance analysis to the Sales Managers across all trading accounts
Trade on behalf of customers to close positions
Essential Skills
Excellent communication, client facing and interpersonal skills
A deep understanding of the Financial Markets in particular FX
Knowledge of the straight through process (STP)
Proven track record for problem-solving
Self-motivated and innovative, setting a high level of professionalism and excellence
Confident, enthusiastic and proactive - always prepared to go the extra mile
Hands on technology experience in Java, FIX protocol, SQL or Python
Good working knowledge of networking, connectivity and low latency trading
Deep understanding of e-trading and trading business flows preferably one or more of the following; FXALL, 360t, Trade Point, Integral, One Zero, NT Pro, Flex Trade
Experience in manipulating data to monitor trends & produce reports
An interest in coding concepts and the mechanics of trading APIs
