Position Description
The Sales Support Team are key facilitators in the sales process and will be responsible for carrying out essential administration tasks in support of the sales team.
The role requires a high degree of versatility, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for interaction with customers, suppliers, and other internal departments.

Requirements & Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain customer information in the SysGroup CRM system, including but not limited to Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts, and Activities.
Management of the SysGroup internal, and managed customer, renewal processes.
Assist the wider sales team with their opportunity pipelines, quotes and contracts where required.
Work with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing to maximise profit on the provision of SysGroup goods and services.
Raise customer quotes and orders for one-time orders and contractual items.
Create and maintain monthly/quarterly customer reports.
Communicate with customers where required via telephone and email.
Maintain the highest levels of personal and professional behaviour in the workplace.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Graduate calibre with at least 2-3 years experience in Sales administration, ideally within a managed IT services organisation.
Experience of the entire sales process, and able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness, with a passion for customer service.
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system and general Microsoft Office skills are essential.
Knowledge of Managed and Hosted IT Services would be ideal, but not essential, though a general interest in technology is likely to be an advantage.
