Solgenie Technologies, Inc is looking for a Sr/Lead SAP PP/QM Consultant. The detailed JD is given below. Kindly check and revert.
SAP PP/QM S/4 HANA Consultant
Duration: Long Term
Location: Remote
Travel: Should be open to travel to client location once a month [Expenses Covered]
Roles and Responsibilities
- At least 12+ years of SAP PP/QM experience is required.
- Experience with leading and managing blueprint workshops, experience in working with business process owners and translating business requirements into configuration specifications, working with the development team, testing, and training
- Must have at least 2-3 full life cycles experience in designing and implementing end-to-end processes with the SAP Production Planning (PP) module including Forecasting, Material Requirements Planning, Production planning, and scheduling, Shop floor control, Bill of Material and Routings in implementation, global template and production support.
- Must have at least one S/4HANA greenfield implementation experience
- Experience in SAP QM in areas like Quality Inspections, Notifications, Batch Management, Equipment calibration, Physical samples, Multiple specifications, Stability analysis, and Workflow management.
- Should have experience in SAP QM Goods Receipt, Measuring Equipment Management, Serial number management, etc. along with SAP QM in production, procurement, and sales.
- Experience with Quality certificates, Quality notifications, Customer complaints, and Supplier Complaints in the SAP QM process.
- Production Planning background & working with C-suite is required.
- Should have strong communication, presentation skills & customer interaction skills.
- Prefer candidates from East Cost or Midwest.
