Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue Operations (f/m/d)

THE ROLE: reporting to our Team Lead of Central Operations, this is a high-visibility, mid/senior-level role and a brand new position within the company. The role can be based either at our HQ in Berlin or remotely from your location within EMEA.

THE TEAM: our mission is to enable and unleash the potential of all revenue functions at CoachHub. We do this by aligning people, platforms and processes around a shared set of business goals to accelerate our revenue growth and maximize value creation throughout the entire buyer journey, from awareness to after-sales.

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

• Work with CoachHub s CEO, CFO and cross-functional teams across various business units (BI, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance)
• Support CoachHub s Finance and RevOps functions to dive deep into Sales and Customer Success data analytics, drive top-line forecasts and build exec-facing analyses
• Analyze large data sets key to CoachHub s financial model, supporting go-to-market decision making, forecasting accuracy and fiscal planning
• Drive creation of dashboards, statistical/financial models and complex data analyses to provide diagnostics and insights to our Sales, Customer Success and Finance leadership

Your profile:

• You have 3+ years of experience in an Analyst role in Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a related function
• You have industry experience in tech-driven, customer-focused companies preferably in enterprise SaaS, management consulting or financial services/investment banking
• You re an Excel wizard with advanced analytical skills, strong commercial acumen and a high degree of confidence in handling and analyzing large data sets
• You enjoy working cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and VP s
• You re an outstanding communicator who s able to build clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate insights with a bias towards action
• You have excellent written and verbal English skills

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with statistical modelling and proficiency on SQL, R, and/or Python is a plus
