(Junior) Project Manager Event (m/w/d)

As our future Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) with an enthusiasm for motor sports, you will be involved from the very beginning in building up and developing our Driving Experience for three major automotive clients.

Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Organizing and operation of different driving events in terms of hospitality and guest management
• Hotel planning, development of catering concepts
• Development of a 360 guest flow and hospitality experience
• Consulting and project-specific coordination of the requirements on the concept, functionality, organization, deadline, equipment, and budget
• Creation of integrated implementation plans and process organization with duty, deadline, budget, and resource planning.
• Quality control and supervision of the performance of the different suppliers during the events
• Supervision and coordination of the different suppliers during the entire process of the event
• Evaluation of guest and client feedback

Requirements

Your Profil:

• Minimum 5 years of proven business experience in an event agency
  supporting automotive clients
• Profound relevant work experience, preferably in the automotive sector
• High passion for motors sports
• Ability to work under pressure is one of your absolute strengths
• Organizational talent, work fast and independently
• Strong service mentality and high-quality standards
• Willingness to travel
• Strong Excel and Power Point Skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
