To join our Product Development Team, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Data Engineer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your mission

• As Data Analyst you are the main person to collect data from various sources, analyze the corresponding data, process and validate it
• You understand the business challenges from our internal stakeholders and help them to identify drivers, ask the right questions, quantify and validate assumptions
• You help developing sustainable data structures and build complex queries to extract exactly what you are looking for and the business needs
• You monitor metrics for anomalies and consult stakeholders about emerging trends in our business operations
• With your knowledge about common BI Tools you explore and visualize data
• You support the product teams in measuring the outcome of their activities

Your profile

• You have a bachelor in (Bio-)Informatics, (Bio-)Statistics, Mathematics, Biomedicine or similar with a close relation to data analytics
• You have 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
• You are data driven and interested in improving German health care
• You have excellent knowledge of programming in Python, SQL or R
• You are a proven expert in common Reporting tools likePower BI or Tableau aus. Experience with Superset is a big plus
• You have excellent communication skills and can explain your findings from the analysis to valuable information into actions via reports, dashboards, and/or presentations.
• You don t lose sight of the business needs and you are able to collect the requirements of all other teams to build powerful dashboards
• You have experience with data modeling and regression techniques, experience with Machine Learning is a plus
• You are fluent in English and ideally in German
• Your well structured but also pragmatic way of working as well as your ability to work in teams rounds off your profile
