(Technical) Project Manager (f/m/d) Data Center / Mission Critical Infrastructures

Your Tasks:

Do you want to develop and shape the future of our Internet Factory with us? Then become part of TechOps Data Center Engineering and support us as a Technical Project Manager in the planning, design, construction and expansion of efficient and sustainable data centers as well as the optimisation and new development of efficient and scalable IT hardware which build the foundation of our highly available internet & cloud platforms and products for millions of our customers.

• Coordination and management of projects in the field of mission critical infrastructure (data center and IT).
• Management of multinational and interdisciplinary project teams.
• Coordination between internal departments and teams like engineering, operations, procurement, finance, etc. as well as external designers and contractors.
• Development and creation of project plans, -budgets and -documentations with the project teams.
• Ensuring, monitoring, tracking of project budgets, deliverables, objectives, qualities, deadlines and costs.
• Reporting of the project status to internal stakeholders across all levels.

We Appreciate:

• Degree or comparable education with appropriate work experience in a technical field.
• You know traditional and agile project management methods and frameworks. A relevant certifications as a project manager (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, etc.) is desirable but not a must-have.
• You have a high affinity for technology and IT and are passionate for technical progress.
• You have knowledge and understanding of mission critical infrastructures (buildings, technical building equipment, data networks and IT).
• You have very good knowledge of office applications, especially spreadsheets, and project management tools.
• You can read and interpret technical schematics and drawings.
• Knowledge of IT hardware is desirable.
• You have a very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
