AEM Developer

Job Description:
PacteraEdge is seeking an intermediate to senior Adobe Experience Manager Developer to review, architect, and develop web experiences in collaboration with our clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand detailed requirements and develop complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision.
- Implement web designs developed by our UX and UI teams on the AEM platform. Write efficient and elegant code based on requirements.
- Test and deploy the developments.
- Troubleshoot and debug all developments.
- Communicate clearly and effectively the development processes, ideas, and solutions to the team.

Job Requirements
- Six or more years of Adobe Experience Manager development experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience developing complex solutions with 3 party integrations and platforms as well as integrations with other Adobe Experience Suite tools.
- Expertise in JAVA and Front-End technologies such as HTML, CSS and Javascript Frameworks (React.JS, Vue.JS, Angular, etc).
- Extensive experience in developing according to UX design best practices, and a deep understanding of design languages.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete application implications.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver solutions for approval.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great user experience.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
