Position Name:IT Helpdesk/Customer Support Infrastructure Engineer
Responsibilities:
- You will be in charge of network and server design, construction, operation, maintenance, DB tuning, etc.
Qualifications:
- Those who have about 1 year of infrastructure experience
- Those who have solid practical experience in downstream processes (networks and servers).
- If you have server construction experience, the number of years does not matter. Even if IT experience is long, infrastructure experience is the standard.
Those who outline any of the following:
- IT helpdesk experience
- Experience in technical support
Inexperienced but qualified:
- LPIC Level 1
- Linux, C Level1
- ORACLE MASTER Bronze DBA 2019
- Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Solaris 11 System Administrator CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Server+
