We are a destination restaurant company, known for memorable special occasions.We have spectacular locations from coast to coast and seek an experienced Director of Special Events with high-volume sales experience.Candidates must possess a deep passion for creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind dining and event experiences.
Director of Catering Sales Requirements:
- Departmentfinancials, operations, leadership, guest interaction and driving and managing events and catering sales
- At least 3 years experience as a Director of Catering or Special Events with responsibility for at least $6M in department revenue
- Leadership expertise in on-site catering, meetings, banquets, and weddings
- Background in upscalebanqueting & events - with responsibility for sales
Director of Catering Sales Compensation:
- Base compensation of $90,000 to $110,000, paid hourly
- Bonus and excellent benefits
