Your mission

• Define, implement and validate all required QA actions to make our patients journeys and the back-office work more enjoyable, fast and efficient

• Be a key player of the product development process:

  • analyze requirements
  • refine acceptance criteria
  • understand testability and possible side-effects
  • perform and coordinate test activities
  • track features readiness and provide transparent quality reports
  • support developers in localizing issues and speed up the release process
  • constantly evaluate bottlenecks and possible delays in our patient journey and propose improvements
  • define, track and analyze quality metrics for products and workflows.
  • monitor product availability from a functional and infrastructure perspective

• Find the right balance between quality and required efforts

• Work with the development team to triage, find a root cause and resolve the issues

• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX teams, product managers, DevOps and patient service teams to keep focus on customer needs and to maintain a healthy spirit

• Assess risks from a QA perspective to build and implement mitigation plans

• Define and apply required software engineering & QA best practices to cover functional and non-functional requirements

• Design, build and maintain test automation frameworks integrated to CI/CD

• Create and maintain test artifacts like system test strategy, integration and certification testing approach etc.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years' experience in Software Quality Assurance, in other words you have a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, different testing techniques, tools and processes
• Understanding of a Scrum model and Agile testing methodologies
• Experience in developing test automation frameworks (like Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, Testcafe, Cypress.io)
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (JS, TS, Ruby, Elixir, Java, ...)
• Knowledge of how to test FE and BE
• Experience with version control, bug tracking, test management, CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub, Jira, CircleCI, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
• Critical thinking with constructive feedback and attention to details
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Grafana, Loki) is a plus
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills. German is a plus
• Experience with non-functional testing is a plus
• ISTQB Certification is a plus
