Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Appian Developer certification
- 7+ years of experience in Appian based solution implementations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Hands-on skills on Appian, Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, XML, Web services, RDBMS
- Assist in the review and analysis of detailed program specifications and designs to meet changes required in the work processes.
- Ability to translate client vision into a product development roadmap
- Ability to understand Appian capabilities and design concepts
- Ability to create, prioritize and manage product backlog
- Contribute to knowledge repository in terms of customer best practices, reusable components, and towards Thought Leadership of the company, through blogs, white papers, case studies, etc.
- A combination of strong Appian technical skills and customer-facing skills is a must.
